Inspire 2 Isn't Tracking Floors

I haven't worn my Inspire 2 in a while and have just recently started using it again. I used to wear it on a clip but I'm now opting to wear it on my wrist so that I can track floors climbed, sleep and heart rate better. I've made sure all the software is up to date since it was in a drawer for a while but for some reason it's not tracking my floors at all. Since I wore on a clip previously I don't know if it ever did. I do know that the floors I'm climbing are definitely more than 10 ft high so I'm not sure what's up. Anyone have suggestions?

Hi @RBenoit28  the Inspire 2 does not have an altimeter, so it cannot recognize flights of stairs. It has been discussed several times in the forum and even the Fitbit Moderators have said it does not count floors. The owner manual doesn't mention floors either - click to view
