I didn’t think there were any new updates for the Inspire 2 but just this past week I noticed a change when I chose Spinning for the exercise. Previously, when I tapped the arrow and started exercising the display just exhibited calories in big numbers and the time of the workout in smaller numbers below. It was a steady display, it didn’t change. Now when I start a Spinning workout the display keeps cycling through different displays: Cardio, Clock Time, Workout Time, Zone Mins, and finally Cals. It is very frustrating because calories burned is all I’m interested in because the stationary bikes I use don’t calculate calories accurately. I would glance at the Fitbit occasionally to see what the real calorie burn was. Now if I turn my wrist I have to tap the screen several times to get the calories displayed. Is there anyway to stop this from happening?
More important, my display won’t turn off and keeps flashing every few seconds. Needless it won’t hold a charge and the battery drains down so much the green light turns off. I’ve tried everything: Resetting in the charger, changing the clock display, unpairing it from my phone & Bluetooth, force quitting the app, turning my phone off & on and adding it back. Absolutely nothing has worked. The screen will turn off after I reset it in the charger, but as soon as I put it back on my wrist the flashing off and on begins. If there is a fix/something I’ve missed please advise.
