Hi

 

when I do a workout the stats used to be colourful and show different zones. Now it’s a white background and doesn’t really show much. Is this an error?

Hi, @Kristyp11! Unfortunately, this is the new interface they have decided to select. You will only get heart rate if you manually tracked and the information interface has been "cleaned up" to show almost no information.

Thank you. I’ve been a Fitbit user for years but they have now lost me as a customer. The stats package just isn’t good enough.
