Hi I can't see anything on my inspire 2. It isn't set to dim or in sleep mode. There's no display brightness setting according to the app and it is too dim to navigate to settings on the device. There is a green light on the back, it charges, vibrates and sends info to the App. It’s just that I can’t see anything on the screen. There is a very faint display when I hold it somewhere dark..

Sometimes the Sleep mode or Do not disturb can change the screen bright, I suggest to verify if both are off. I understand the screen is too dim but is important to try, if you need the steps to verify check the following help article: How do I navigate my Fitbit device?
Additionally, if you are unable to verify the settings please attach a picture of your Inspire 2 screen.
