Inspire 2 Not accurate

Hi,

I was just on the treadmill for 45 minutes walking up hill at 3.1.  My phone was in my pocket the whole time and my Inspire 2 states that I was on an eliptical for 17 minutes......  Why is it  not accurate?  I did let it auto pick the exercise I was doing but even with that I was in motion for 45 minutes and it says I was only in motion for 17 minutes......

I don't understand....

1)  Were you holding hand rail with Fitbit wrist at all?

2) If you use the on-device Exercise App, you can be sure you will always get exercise type identified correctly, and get the full exercise time credited.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Hi,

No hands on the rail, just straight walking on an incline. I will try the setting on the device next time.

Thanks for the advice.

Regards,

Diane
