I purchased an Inspire 2 and followed the instructions for setup. And it didn't work. I called Fitbit on Friday 8/21 and have a case # after customer support had me re-step through the setup. My inspire still did not get past a flat line on the screen. This morning it is recharging and has the Fitbit logo with the setup url again. I called the support tel # I did on Friday (877-623-4997) to get help only to be told the tel # is not for Fitbit. Anyone have any advice?

I finally was able to get through to the tel # for the US and worked with a tech support operator. I was trying to set my device up from my laptop & Windows 10. This was not going to work because it wouldn't download the software to my Inspire HR. Had to go to my iPhone to get the app downloaded, and started to set up the device through the app, plugged the charger of the Fitbit to my laptop while the app on my phone is downloading. My fingers are x'd that this will work.
