Hi

I can’t swipe up or down to navigate from my clock force on my inspire 2.
Any ideas why or how to fix? TIA

Hello @KimbleH

I would try restarting your Inspire 2 to fix this issue.

Since your screen is unresponsive:

  1. Connect Inspire 2 to the charging cable.
  2. Press and hold the buttons your tracker for about 5-8 seconds and release the buttons when you see a smiley face or the Fitbit Logo. Your tracker will vibrate indicating that your Inspire 2 restarted.

😃 Restarting your tracker doesn't delete any data so no worries. Please let me know if this provided you with an answer that corrected your screen issue
