Fitbit Inspire 2

My Fitbit continually vibrates telling me I have email or text messages.  Ones I have already been alerted to and have either responded to or deleted.  How do I make it stop?  I only want it to tell me once that I have a NEW message and/or phone call.

Hello @Slimmim 

I would try restarting your Fitbit Inspire 2. You won’t lose any data doing so and it might help resolve the issue. Look here to see how it’s done: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm I can only imagine how frustrating getting repeated notifications has to be. Hopefully restarting your Inspire 2 will solve this. Please let me know how it goes and if I provided you a solution that worked.

I did restart it a couple of times, but I will try again when I get home from work.Thanks for the help.  I'll let you know if this finally works.
