Hi, several days ago I woke up with my Inspire 2 showing a Clock Error message; "Clock error. Go to Fitbit app and choose a different clock face". I changed the clock face but the screen's touch capability went haywire; it would constantly scroll through the different stats, swiping and touch would be erratic and would not always register, and there would be phantom touches, such as an option would repeatedly select and unselect itself.
I had restarted it several times, with and without the cable plugged in, wiped data and re-paired to phone, reinstalled the app, and let the battery fully drain and recharged. The problem still persists, which also drains the battery very quickly.
Anyone else experience this, or have any other suggestions? Thanks!

My Fitbit inspire 2 did the same. I was having trouble swiping between screens and it was randomly selecting, unselecting and swiping between screens. I was able to clear user data in settings and I reset it. It is still broken.

Just to avoid confusions, you tried to restart the Inspire 2 by plugging it into the charging cable. and holding pressed the buttons for 10 secs ?
Did you see the smiley, and/or felt the vibration?

Correct, I had done that but the problems persisted. Since then the screen has completely stopped working except for when plugging it into the charging cable and holding down the side buttons for 10 seconds. In those situations, the screen would display the smiley and vibrate as usual, then return to its unresponsive/dead state.

Yes, I tried everything. I messaged a customer service agent and they issued me a replacement. Thank you.
