I’ve had two inspire 2s now and the sleep will work for a couple of days then doesn’t work.
it will only track part way through the night and have me waking up at 2 am so logged a couple of hours sleep.

does anyone have this problem?

Hi @Lisa1906, welcome to the Fitbit community!

Thanks for the details provided about this issue, I would like to give you some advices to improve the sleep tracking.

The first thing I would like to ask you is if you have changed any of the settings on your sleep tracker in the Fitbit app. This is just to make sure that your device is not in sensitive mode. When the device is in sensitive mode, it records nearly all movements as time spent restless or awake. This setting may be helpful if you wake up feeling tired even though your sleep history shows sufficient rest. However, if you are a very active person during the night, the appropriate setting would be normal.

You can follow the instructions here to change the sensitivity.

Thanks for the advise.

My watch is set to sensitive but I am a restless sleeper.

I noticed that it will track my sleep till 2-3am then stop so it looks like I only get a couple of hours each day.

For the first couple of days it worked but then just does this everyday. Not sure it’s fault with the watch or not.

@Lisa1906 , Thank you for your reply.

Even if you are a restless sleeper, we recommend to have the settings as "Normal" in your case. .

In "Sensitive" the Inspire 2 might recognize any of your movements, as if you were awake.

Have the same issue with it. It always misses tracking part or all of my sleep.
