Have any of you not had problems with Inspire 2 bands falling off? Are any of you able to change bands on the Inspire 2 like we can on other Fitbit models? The band attachment on this model is the worst I've ever seen! They are sending out my third Inspire 2 tracker today because the plastic where the holes are that the pins go in, breaks. I bought extra bands for the Inspire, but they're worthless, because the plastic won't hold up. I don't dare change them out! I wish they would have let me exchange this for a different model as I'm sure this one will do the same.

@kkpicker Hi there. Thanks for the details mentioned.
Your feedback and comments are appreciated, we're always striving to improve our services offered. I see where your disappointment is coming from.
In this case, I'd like you to make sure you're following this procedure to exchange the band. Also, I was able to see that you have a case with our Support team, if after performing the procedure shared above, you're still experiencing difficulties with the band, feel free to get back to them.
Hope this helps.

I've owed many different fitbit trackers since 2015, this band is by far the worst. If you are active at all, forget it
