I thought my Inspire 2 was starting to drain quicker. The last 2 days confirms it. Fully charged last evening...completely dead 8 hours later. Charged to about 60% this morning before work....completely dead in less than 4 hours. Is there anything I can do? It's not that old.

Hi there, @lisak3. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Inspire 2.
If you haven't done so already, please make sure that you've followed the steps provided in this article to improve battery life in general, as this has been generally useful for other users. In addition, please confirm that you've restarted your Inspire 2 as described here How do I restart my Fitbit device?
The battery can last up to 10 days; because battery life is affected by use and other settings, actual results may vary, but the battery shouldn't be draining only after a few hours.

Yes. I have restarted it multiple times. Same occurrence today. Fully charged when I left for work and completely dead 4 hours later. I have also noticed the display goes very dim at times. In fact right now it is on the charger and most sections are barely visible as I scroll through. I thought it was just my eyes but I see others mentioning that as well. I checked my settings and dim is set to off.

This the second fitbit inspire 2 I have had that the battery failed 5-6 months in. They know the batteries are bad. The first one was repaired under warranty, then failed again a few months later. This time, the offer was a replacement, which I assume would be a refurbished unit, or 50% off a new one, any model. I decided to upgrade to the Charge 5.

Same thing is occuring to me and it's hilarious that the Fitbit answer is the same canned response.
They absolutely know the battery of the Inspire 2 suddenly stops working.
Fitbit answer does not solve the issue. The only solution is buying a new one.
