Inspire 2 black screen

Hi I can't see anything on my inspire 2. It isn't set to dim or in sleep mode. Can anyone help please. There's no display brightness setting according to the app. It's useless as it is. Tried to attach photo but it won't let me. 

Is it just time to replace?

Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding your Inspire 2 and for trying to fix it on your own.

I would like to know if you feel a vibration or see any light on the back of the tracker. If you don't feel the tracker vibrate or there is no light, please confirm that your tracker is charging or otherwise has a problem with the battery. If it is not charging, please refer to: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

Please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

My fitbit has green light on the back and charges no problem. 

I have tried rebooting and changing clock screen. I could just about see the screen in electric light. However I can't see anything today in sunlight - the screen is black - I can't even tell if the screen is on  or off ☹️

Sorry to know that you haven't got it solved.
