Inspire 2 was working fine & according to the app still is BUT……
this morning I have a completely blank screen
green light on the back
alarm didn’t go off
I tried re-starting it, smiley face appears then nothing
This has to be a software issue -

@Missied I'm glad to hear the screen issue is solved now.
Please keep in mind that your Fitbit device may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with. To make sure your watch has recently synced, go to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.
If by any chance you are running into syncing issues, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Hello there, @Missied. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Inspire 2 before reaching out.
To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

I did restart as suggested & it made no difference. However, it did start to work after an app update - although the time is slightly slow
