Inspire 2 blank screen

I have a new Fitbit Inspire 2 which I have just synced with my phone and it was working fine till I put a new strap on it yesterday and now the screen is black and I can't 'wake' it although the info is all still being sent to the app

ghoughts anyone?

Try restarting the Inspire 2   Restart your Tracker  

Try changing the clockface in the app

This happened to mine after I installed a firmware update 2 days ago.  Restarting and updating the clock face app did nothing.  Fitbit offered me a discount to spend more money on a new device. This one is fairly new and worked fine until I downloaded the firmware update.
