Inspire 2 blank screen

Screen is blank whilst fully charged. Working on app on ph, just no visuals on watch.

@KatrinaInspire2 have you tried restarting it? That's usually the first thing I do when I encounter unexpected behavior from my Fitbit. Here are instructions, if you need them. 

Screenshot_20230528_090546.jpgIf that doesn't help, you could try changing the watch face in the Fitbit app. Sometimes that will wake up the display. If that works, you can change back to your preferred watch face.

Hi Alex,

Thanks for responding. Changed the clock face and nothing. Can't seem to be able to restart it. Smiley face isn't there anymore. It's now stopped buzzing on my wrist as well. Don't know where to go to go to reboot it? There wasn't anything attached to your message. Did you send something? I am trying to do everything on my phone. Have a MacBook Air so can't download the Fitbit app on there unfortunately.

Hi @KatrinaInspire2! I included an image with the instructions to restart your device. Are you able to see that? If not, you attach the Fitbit to the charging cable, just like you do to charge it. Then press both side buttons and hold them until (hopefully) it vibrates and you see the smiley face.

Thanks for your help Alex. Rebooted it over 30 times. Changed clock faces 30 times. Contacted Support. They couldn't do anything.  Exact same thing happened just under the year's warranty last year and they replaced it Jan '22. This is my 4th Fitbit in 8years. They offered to replace it. I'm going for 50% off an Inspire 3. May have better luck with a different one.  Appreciate your input. Katrina
