Like many others my screen just went blank. I have tried restarting multiple times. I get the smiley face but no vibration. All else is working. I tried changing clock face and nothing. This is frustrating for me. I bought this a couple of years ago and was hoping it would last a bit longer. Any other suggestions besides restarting and changing clock face?

Mine just did the same thing. It wouldn’t scroll, so I tried to reset it. Got the smiley face with no vibration. Now it’s just a blank screen. It’s only a year old. 🙁

I have the same problem. I tried to disconnect reboot and reinstall as instructed in Fitbit help but now I can’t even reconnect it and the screen is still blank. This smells like planned obsolescence to me !!!

I did a live chat with the company due to my device not working properly. They tried a few steps to reset it (all the ones I had tried previously) and they made the decision to send me a replacement! And it’s arriving today! 😃
