Inspire 2 blank screen

I am very frustrated because I can't bet my inspire2 to sync.   I followed the instructions to restart and nothing comes up on the watch screen.   It is blank.   The battery is charged.  I am 79 years old and need very easy to understand instructions.  Thanks

Thank you for taking the time to share the details regarding this difficulty. Thank you for trying to fix it on your own. 

Please confirm the following points: 

  1. Your iPhone is running the latest version of iOS. To check, tap Settings> General> Software Update.
  2. Your Fitbit device is up-to-date. For more information, go to How do I update my Fitbit device?
  3. Your iPhone is connected to cellular data or Wi-Fi.
  4. The Bluetooth setting on your iPhone is turned on. To check, tap Settings > Bluetooth.
  5. Your Fitbit device is charged.

Same thing happened to me two weeks ago.  I kept wearing, charging and resetting and changing clock faces and I finally got it to work yesterday.

Don't give up trying as long as you see the faces, the green lights are on and it still gives you the results on the app.

Thanks for the help. It was a "duh" moment when my husband says "since we are without power because of Hurrican Beryl, the Wifi isn't working. Power is on, fitbit is syncing...but I still have nothing on the actual watch screen. But is't working, logging in infomation to app.
