Inspire 2 blank screen

The display is not working. It is black.

It responds with vibration when I press the sides. I can charge it and hold the sides for 15 sec and the smiley will show. I can install a new face and the loading bar displays and loads but the screen goes completely black after that.

Hi there, @Murdoc11. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Inspire 2 is black, I understand your concern.

Since all the steps you tried didn't work, you have an Inspire 2 and report a blank screen, I need additional information from you that would best be shared privately. I’m sharing a link to a form for you to fill out so we can look into this further.
