Inspire 2 not syncing

Hi, my device seems to work and phone is OK but not able to sync for the last week. Switched both on and off and pressed all buutons possible but nothing. Any advice please?

Thank you for providing the details regarding your Inspire 2. 

Please try to perform the following troubleshooting steps:

In addition to the steps you've done so far, I'd recommend trying the following in the order listed:

  • Unpair your Fitbit device from your phone's Bluetooth and Fitbit app.
  • Unpair other Bluetooth devices that you may also have paired to your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your Fitbit device.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Fitbit device.
  • Once your Fitbit device is paired and syncing, please proceed to set up your other Bluetooth devices to your phone again. 

With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Inspire 2 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.

Hi and thank you. Still not having any luck.

Not sure if it is connected (excuse the pun) but my phone has not been downloading email since I had a new desktop. I am of the older age group but reasonably tech minded. As the saying goes "its not you its me!)

Still no luck. Phone says it is syncing but not and now the time on the Fitbit is out by about 7 mins

Hi Beetles, I can't get mine to sync either, has been like this since September.  I've tried everything you have tried.  Also saw a post from someone else who said they have the same issue and it's a software bug.  Not sure what else we can do but just wanted to share that it's not just you.

Mine’s the same - not syncing and tried all the steps. Anyone know what else to try? Or is it broken?
