Hello,

my Fitbit keeps changing to ‘on clip’ mode no matter how much I change it to ‘on wrist’. I change it and 5 min later it changes back itself. This means I cannot see my heartbeat or my sleep pattern….
what can I do about this? It has been going on for about a month.

Thanks for the attempt to turn back off the clip mode. I understand how frustrating this can be for you. Let’s try restarting your Inspire 2 with the following steps:

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Connect your device to the charging cable. For instructions, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
  3. Press and hold the buttons on your tracker for 10 seconds.
  4. Release the buttons. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.

Then, try turning off the clip mode one more time and monitor its behavior.
