My wife has an Inspire 2 and on Dec 28 (2024) it suddenly stopped tracking sleep information and basically everything except steps on the app. No problems synching, it's like they just shut down most of the features overnight. She has iPhone if that makes a difference. Anyone have any idea if this model is being deprecated or something like that?

Hi @solasko2. Welcome to the community forums.
Thank you for sharing the information regarding this difficulty with your Inspire 2.
I would like to know if you see the green lights on the back of the device, as these are the heart rate sensor.
Please confirm that the device is set for “On wrist” and not “On clip”. If it is set to On clip the heart rate will not be available.
I'd recommend trying the following steps to make sure your heart rate is working as heart rate reading is key to get your sleep data accurately:
Also, for more detailed information, see What factors can affect my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device?
Keep in mind that you must see sleep stages in order to see your sleep score information. Please swipe left on the Sleep Score graph, here you can see information about your weekly sleep average and sleep duration. To get more detailed information, see What's sleep score in the Fitbit app?
With that in mind, I recommend considering the following in order to get sleep stages:
