Inspire 2 is unresponsive

Hello,

My Fitbit Inspire 2 screen is black and doesn't respond. I tried a bunch of thinks to bring it back to life, as you can see below:

- I tried to charge it (from 30min to more than two hours) but still no response - I tried different USB ports and sockets. 

- I cleaned the contacts on the back of the watch and on the charger.

- I tried to press and hold the "buttons" on the tracker for up to 30 seconds, but no luck.

Do you know what the problem might be? Do you maybe have any other suggestions? How do I know what the faulty part is, the device or the charger?
