Inspire Not working

My watch went off and will not come back on. I tried everything, it won't charge and does not respond to touch of any sort. What is wrong with it?

Thank you so much for reporting this situation and for all your efforts.

I suggest you try to restart your tracker this way:

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Connect your device to the charging cable. 
  3. Press and hold the buttons on your tracker for 10 seconds.
  4. Release the buttons. When the tracker vibrates and shows a smile icon, the tracker has restarted.

Do the lights on the back of your device still flash and does your Inspire vibrate when you plug it? If your answer is no, I suggest you to follow the instructions described in this help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
