The exercise activity tracking on my Inspire 2 has not been working or automatically tracking since 16th September for some reason. Please advise how to rectify this

Hi @Bunfan. Welcome to the community forums.
Thank you for sharing the inquiry about exercise activity.
Please, confirm that you are using the latest version of your Inspire 2 and the Fitbit app. Please see this help article: How do I update my Fitbit device?
Try to perform the following steps on the Fitbit app:
I would like to suggest waiting from 20 minutes to an hour for these activities to show up in the app.
Please restart your device as indicated here: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
Sometimes the device is not syncing correctly with the Fitbit app. Please take a look at this article: How do Fitbit devices sync their data?
Best AnswerHi,
No none of that has worked. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app multiple times and also rebooting the Inspire 2 itself. The app is always up to date.
As you can see on the screenshot the exercise days are blank and nothing opens when you tap on it.
This seems to be happening on all Fitbits. I had a Charge 5 just bought the 6 and it’s sty not tracking distance. I’m giving it a couple days but will return it if it doesn’t start tracking it. Why have the tracker if it’s not tracking! It seems to be a problem since I started signing in with google.
Best Answermine has been tracking steps but it stopped Oct 9-Oct15. It started again today. The inspire 2 itself shows the data, each day.. but the app hasnt tracked it.
I use this app for a work program that we have a incentive to track steps via Virgin Pulse.
