i could be in full sprint mode for an hour and this thing will say my HR is 70 or dead asleep and it reads 160, Why? It's 11 months old!

I'm sorry to know that your Inspire HR is having this inconvenience.

Before considering other options, I would recommend performing a restart and to follow all the instructions in this article to improve the accuracy of heart rate information, and please, check the information mentioned here about other factors that could affect your heart rate reading, this has been useful to other users who have experienced something similar.
