Hi, @Hinch1285 welcome to the community, you will find this thread  Solved: Fitbit Inspire not counting steps and not... - Fitbit Community discusses a similar issue. Try restarting your Inspire 3 as suggested.

I hope this helps.

Hi @Hinch1285. Welcome to the community forums.

Thank you for sharing the details regarding the situation experienced with your Inspire 2. Sorry to know the difficulty.

Please, as indicated by @Gr4ndp4, try to restart your Fitbit with these instructions:

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Hold the other end of the charging cable near the port on the back of the tracker until it attaches magnetically. The pins on the charging cable must connect securely with the port.
  3. Press and hold the button on your tracker for 5 seconds.
  4. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarts.

Please, now sync your Fitbit and all the information should be transferred to the Fitbit App.

Thanks @Gr4ndp4 for your help.
