A couple of weeks ago, my Inspire 2 started losing 20% a day, so I contacted customer support, and that's when I found out that a new model (Inspire 3) came out. So I told Customer support that my watch isn't behaving properly, and they told me to "Disable one or more features that can impact battery life, fully charge your Inspire 2, after a full charge, sync your Inspire 2 and then sync it again five to six times a day, wear your tracker until it is fully depleted, then contact Customer us again, and we'll be able to research what the problem is." (I'm paraphrasing, because they wrote it in a few separate sentences.) Well, I charged it to 100%, but didn't disable any features, and it worked beautifully... for two days.
After two days, started experiencing a whole list of problems --(Here's what I told Customer Support: "When I’m not touching the screen, it keeps on showing different data (steps, calories and heart rate) as if I’m constantly tapping it.
It doesn’t respond normally to swiping and acts as if I’m tapping on certain parts of the screen when I’m not touching it.
If I turn off the screen it turns right back on.
The battery drains crazy fast randomly, from 90% to 7% overnight, also lost 26% in less than two hours, although sometimes won’t drain so fast.
It randomly shuts down, then I have to plug it in for it to turn back on. (Happened twice today.)")-- and they told me to restart it. I did, and it didn't help.
Later, I tried restarting it again, and the screen hasn't turned on since.
Customer support sent me a 35% discount which works for almost all their products besides for the new inspire, which a genius move, since I don't WANT a smartwatch, and it costs a lot more, so I can't get it even if I wanted to. (I told them. they didn't care. They sent me a smiley face emoji, and said I should get a different model.)

Hi @Lukshin the Inspire 3's release doesn't mean older Inspire series devices begin to have trouble. If that theory held true, then why did my Alta HR work when it was discontinued in favor of the new Inspire, Inspire HR and ultimately the Inspire 2? Sometimes these devices just die over time and it's not like this was planned. Sorry it happened to you.
