Inspire 2 just getting basic sleep details

Hi can anyone help?

I have am inspire 2 and pay for premium. My sleep details usually include the quality of sleep and restoration etc. But since yesterday I am only getting basic sleep details.  Fitbit support don't seem to be able to help. I've tried everything re troubleshooting but the data I uses to get has just disappeared.  Can anyone help me.

@LindaLam , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message and efforts. 

Just to avoid confusions, you mentioned that you only get the basic sleep details. Do you mean, sleep/awake time or the sleep stages (REM, deep sleep, etc) without the quality and restoration info?

The following conditions can prevent sleep phase recording:

- You record your sleep using the app instead of the tracker's automatic sleep detection.
- The tracker's battery is almost empty when you go to bed (below 25%). This prevents the pulse from being recorded regularly.
- You use the metal bracelet while sleeping
- You sleep less than 3 hours.
- The bracelet is too loose or too tight on the wrist. You should be able to put your index finger between the bracelet and your arm without much resistance so that your pulse is recorded regularly and sleep phases can be recognized

Thanks for your response. It's much appreciated.

Its the sleep quality, restoration details etc. Its the additional scores
and assessments like the sleep quality.
Used to give me a statement to say better or worse sleep than people my age
etc. Also whether it was a disrupted sleep etc.
Since yesterday that information is no longer there. Still gives sleep
details like deep rem etc and sleep stages but just not the additional
information which I found really good.
And the fitbit us fine. On wrist correctly etc. And a sleep regularly for
7-9 hours. So no short sleeps. And the battery is well charged.
I've had a fitbit for a few years now so kinda know all the reasons why it
wouldn't provide the correct details.

So I just can't understand why it's suddenly stopped giving the additional
detail.

Support are saying I need to update to version 4.06 but it's not available
in playstore. I'm on version 4.04

@LindaLam , Thank you for your reply , confirmation and taking the time to contact Support. 
If you cannot see the App version 4.06 on the PlayStore yet, no worries. This is being rolled out, and it should be available to you soon. The release is not related to your location. 

Do you see the tiles for the restoration and quality info empty or the "heather " for the data doesn't even show on the app?
In the meantime, try clearing the cache from the app and restart your phone (off/on) 
Verify if the data appears after syncing.

Hi

I'm not sure what you mean re the tiles for restoration etc. The additional
info usually just sits within the sleep tile underneath the hours asleep
etc.

There's just nothing there now

I've just cleared the cache and restarted etc but still nothing.

Please excuse my poor description. 
Yes you are right, I meant on the sleep tile the parts where the info should be, if you see the heather with blank data or don't see the part where the missing info should be at all.

Let's wait until you get the app update, to see if this solves the issue. 

Just keep using your Inspire 2 as usual and sync it at least 1-2 times a day. 

Let us know after the update if this persists.

Thanks for your help. I'm so disappointed that this information has just
disappeared. It was actually the most meaningful information regarding my
sleep. I hope it comes back soon otherwise I think I may have to try
another type of tracker.
You have been very helpful but fitbit support have not been

i’m having the same problem, and am also disappointed that this additional information is no longer appearing on our sleep profiles. I have the updated 4.06 version, but unfortunately the same problem persists ☹️

@AMB204 , have you tried to restart youe phone (off/on) after the instalation of the App update?

I haven't had the update to 4.06 yet. Still on 4.04. But I'm not holding
out much hope of the update making any difference. There's another user in
here who's having the same problem and she has the update but it's not made
any difference.

And I've tried everything. Installed and reinstalled the app..phone
rebooted so many times. Bluetooth off and on so re-paired to phone.

Nothing works.

Hello Juanfitbit,

Yes, I did a “hard close”/ restarted my iPhone post update ….unfortunately still no additional info within the my sleep profile.
