Why does my Fitbit keep loosing connectivity and why is the battery being used up so quickly?

I appreciate all the information that you've shared about the difficulty you're experiencing with your Inspire 2. 

If you haven't done so already, please try the following steps that have been useful for other users: 

  • Force quit the Fitbit app. 
  • Turn Bluetooth off and on. 
  • Open the Fitbit app and sync again

In addition, I recommend that you try restarting the device and make sure that you've tried all the steps listed here to resolve syncing problems. If you haven't done so already, make sure to check the compatibility requirements listed here and keep the Fitbit app updated to the latest version available. 

Regarding the problem with the battery that is draining too fast, could you please provide a few more details? In the meantime, please follow the recommendations provided in this article to improve battery life in general.
