Inspire 2 not showing daily activity on app

Inspire 2 is not showing daily activity on app on phone, though I walk at least 2 miles and 6,000 steps daily.

Any ideas?

Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding this difficulty that you are experiencing with your Fitbit app. 

Please, make sure to have the latest version of the app installed. Plaese see: How do I use the Fitbit app?

In addition, try to perform the following troubleshooting steps in the app:

  • Log out from the Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  • Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  • Check if the issue is still happening.
