After not connecting to my device for a while I decided to get back into using it. While trying to sync it, I would receive the 4 digit code and then my phone would either A) load forever till the Fitbit itself eventually stops trying to sync or B) My phone will give an alert saying my device connection has been interrupted and I need to abort. I have been attempting a lot so I'll give a rundown of what I've done
- tried turning my Bluetooth off and on
- restarted my Inspire 2 device
- restarted my phone
- turned on airplane mode, turned off Bluetooth restarted my phone, turned everything back on and tried again
- uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitbit app
- Logged in and out of my Fitbit account
- disconnected every other Bluetooth device in my phone to make sure its not interrupted.
- tried to connect it in various locations both in my house and in other peoples homes to see if it is my internet connection some how
I have been trying these all across a couple days as well, I feel like I'm so close yet so far because I'm at least getting the code. I've been searching every forum and question thread on here and across various sites like google help and reddit and am still stumped. If anyone has any other advice or has had similar experiences with the inspire 2 please let me know.

I too was having the same issue for the last god knows how long!! After this time trying for 2 days straight, I contacted support and it connected BUT it has wiped over a months worth of data which is so annoying!!!
