I seem to be having many issues with my Inspire 2 (which isn’t even a year old yet)
1. it loses my heart rate in the middle of my workout. This annoys me because it does track my workout properly.
2. all of a sudden while I’m reading a book, I’ll look at my watch and it says my heart rate is 146 and starts giving me points and calories as if I’m working out??? Again, very annoying because my daily numbers are extremely inaccurate.
3. and finally, whenever I open the app and try to sync it, it always takes forever and finally freezes…
Does anyone have any suggestions?

My device has just stopped syncing 2 weeks out of warranty. It still tracks my activities daily but now l have no way of recording it. My grandchildren had similar experiences too. Will not be buying Fitbit again. Cheap Amazon and Lidl devices last much longer

Purchased 1 for black Friday deals. Would not sync with phone. Spoke to a couple reps 2 days in a row and after reading reviews from app download site, found there was a software problem with no status updates. 2nd rep wanted a recept to confirm warranty and suggested that I contact retailer, Wal-Mart. Went to Wal-Mart to replace. After returning found out that Wal-Mart doesn't do exchanges and replacement would be an additional $25. Currently without device because wasn't told about exchange policy until AFTER refund. Most stores refund and allow replacement at purchased
