Inspire 2 is not syncing and battery life now sucks since August. I have the latest Android software on my phone. I disconnected all my Bluetooth devices, restarted and now have to resend everything and inspire 2 not working.
I am NOT giving Google my health information. Do not tell.me to create a Google account. I have had a fitbit since they forst came out and now....it doesn't work?
How do I get it to sync or am I just screwed because Google sucks?!?

If they can't fix it, I am getting a garmin. I don't want my data feeding Google and my fitbit is not even keeping the right day and time. And now hasn't synced in over a month. Meanwhile, crickets from support...did everyone quit when Google bought fitbit?

I'm absolutely disgusted. No such thing as customer service let alone customer loyalty. How many do you need to buy before they realise they have a serious problem and they don't work and don't last. I don't mind the not syncing but I do need the time, like the last one, the time is now wrong so the whole device is pointless. Thinking about it, it's still in warranty so I much just return it and they lose a customer. If we all did it they wouldn't have a company!

Don't you just like the community page when the "best answer" is not only not an answer but it's the only one. I hope that doesn't mean the problem is resolved because it clearly isn't. I wonder how many people aren't able to sync at the moment

I would return your device. I am going to best buy tomorrow to buy a garmin, enough is enough.

I can’t sync again. First time I figured out what to do. This time I’m not up to doing the research again.
