All the sudden my Inspire 2 has stopped tracking my exercise days. The stats show in the workout zone and it’s tracking my steps etc. But it says I have only worked out 2 days but today was my fourth!? I tried turning it on and off and logging in and out of the app but still nothing 😤

Are your individual workouts being recorded @Pinupgirl80?
Are you manually starting the workouts in the inspire 2, or letting fitbit determine the exercise.
We are looking for a list of exercises and the times they where performed. Being on a zone is not about recording an exercise.

So we may get 2 hours of zone minutes and it doesn’t count as an exercise day?
that’s a shame if this is the case.

When did these zone minutes occur? Where they during an exercise, that the tracker can detect?

It’s very random. I will do full on cardio like running and then weight training and it doesn’t track it at all. Other times I just go for a walk around the block and it tracks it. For example this week I have already worked out 4 days but it has only tracked 3. It didn’t track the one day that I would say was my most intense workout this week. It seems to be so hit or miss. It always tracked my exercise when I first started using the fit bit and then after like the first month of having it it just stopped being consistent. If I want to be sure it’s going to track it I have to go into the fitbit and make sure to turn on an exercise. There are lots of times it only tracks one or two days of workouts but I have actually done 4-6 days.

Let's open the fitbit app, tap the exercise tile, now tap the settings cog. These ere the exercises that your tracker can detect.
Walk
Run
Outdoor Biie
Elliptical
Sport
Aerobic
Swimming
Simply because the tracker does not know what arm movements to look for, Downhill skiing will not be auto detected.
Yes weight training is not on the list, neither is running on a treadmill,

I hate that it doesn't track exercise days automatically when zone minutes are significant. I mostly hike and it doesn't recognize some of those days as exercise days. I really don't understand.

You are right @Pinupgirl80, the Exercise Days on the Inspire 2 Fitbit can be random. I go into mine to turn on/start an exercise for Yoga if I want this to be be tracked a lot of the time. That is even after updating my Auto-Recognise Exercise settings so my Fitbit tracks my main activities (including Yoga) from the 10 minutes allowed as minimum. I have done the same for my walking usually, my running as well (once so far this year). I find my Exercise Days update OK after syncing with my Windows Dashboard via my laptop. One main bug bear is my Fitbit's Exercise Days tile has completely disappeared lately and I can't figure out why. I log into my laptop a lot more than before to check my progress for my Exercise Goal now.
@Pinupgirl80 - I wonder if you have been able to change your Auto-Recognise Exercise settings to better suit you at all?
Any other ideas to help get better consistency or function out of the Exercise Days tile will be great.

I have figured out why my Fitbit's Exercise Days tile had disappeared - I noticed I had Do Not Disturb and Exercise Notifications switched off in my Fitbit's Settings, I switched my them on and it worked pretty much straight away. My mistake! No need for me to log into my laptop so much for my Exercise Days (or Exercise Goal) progress : )
I hope your queries and frustrations with all your Fitbits' Exercise Days tiles get resolved in good time.

I just checked, yoga is not one of the auto detectable exercises. True each exercise has a setting that can be adjusted.
