I have a Inspire 2 on the phone app this message has been coming up all week. “ our servers seem to be having issues. Please try again and if the problem persists try going for a walk while we take care of it”

@Christeee that has happened to me a few times recently. What worked for me was to force close the app and then restart my phone.

thank you for your reply. I forced quit the app and shut down my phone as instructed. It did not work for me. The possibility was that the 10 day challenge was up so could not be opened any more. I deleted that challenge and started again. Most appreciated for you helpful reply.

It is unfortunate to have such issue. Server is supposed to be ready all the time. Maybe they need to consider trusted cloud server, so that it will avoid issue like that in the future.
