I use my inspire 2 to track my runs but the last couple of times I’ve started the exercise in the app but when I finish my run it has stopped tracking part way through the run

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Inspire 2. Thank you for the information provided.

 

In this case, I would recommend visiting this article, open the menu "How do I get my Fitbit device to connect to GPS?" and follow the troubleshooting steps.

 

Then, please track a new exercise by following the instructions in this site in the menu "How do I start and stop a workout on my Fitbit device?".
