Inspire 2 not working after upgrading

My Inspire 2 updated last week and it no longer registers heart beats or sleep pattern. I did all the suggested things without success. I then switch to another Inspire 2 that was working. As soon as I synced it to my phone it updated and now has the same problems. Fitbit support’s solution is for me to buy a new one (offered me a discount) Don’t feel like investing in another Fitbit if this is how they handle problems. Any suggestions on how to fix the watch?

Inspire 2 now working. I redid everything a few times and here is what I think the solutions was. Forgot the device on my phone and then on the Fitbit was to clear all data. Reboot and after that it started working properly. I am a new user so losing my data wasn't a big issue but I wasn't going to buy a new Fitbit to solve the problem.

Welcome to the forums @Garysuds.

Thank you for sharing the details about this situation with your Inspire 2. I'm sorry to know the difficulty experienced.

As you mentioned above, I've been informed that you already contacted the Customer Support team for further assistance with this; in this case, they already have your case number and more details about the inconvenience. I'd ask you to keep in contact with them and let them know of the steps that you already tried one more time.

Thank you for your email.
I will remove the Ap and start over to see if that works. I am fairly
confident it happened as soon as the Fitbit upgraded. As the exact same
thing happened on one I tried last week.
