My Inspire 2 stopped charging after 11 months. Tried all the fixes without success. In warranty so i requested help from Cust Svc. They sent a replacement which is now in the wind. Tracking is marked delivered and it has apparently been left at A post office by the carrier GLS. When I call customer services I'm told I have to go and collect it. You can tell she's guessing that though. Collect it where? At the local post office. Which one? No idea. No help, no concern, just repetition. Heres a tip Fitbit: use a proper carrier who delivers your items to the address on the parcel. I have 3 local post offices and I'm a full time carer who also works full time. Life is hard enough but I now have to find a way to get out to search post offices in the hope my parcel is there. Such poor service I can't even put into words how poor it is. All caused by a poor product to begin with. There is every chance I will never get my replacement and every chance I will tell everyone who will listen to swerve buying the products.
