Inspire 2 scrambled image on face

Hello,

Over the past few days I have noticed that the sensors work work fine and the fitbit vibrates. When I press both sides I get a full screen scrambled image and if I keep pressing the sides that is all I get. No images for the other settings or clock. I have tried all troubleshooting but nothing is working. I have had this for about 2 years.

Thank you for taking the time to share the details regarding this difficulty that you are experiencing with Inspire 2. 

Please confirm that you tried the restart as indicated here below:

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Connect your device to the charging cable. For instructions, refer to How do I charge my Fitbit device?
  3. Press and hold the buttons on your tracker for 10 seconds.
  4. Release the buttons. When you notice a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.
