Brand new Inspire 2 . Activated 27/5/21 have no idea how but screen has a huge scratch that appeared today. Have not knocked it that I can recall but guess easy to do without realising. Accept general wear and tear but is also lot of scuff marks so clearly screen is not very robust. Only had it since 27/5!
My first tracker with an actual screen ( had a flex 2 previously), but less than 2 weeks in???... and it was a present so quite disappointed. Had no idea a screen protector may be needed, nothing in ads or info I had read mentioned screen protectors.
Called Fitbit customer support got hung up on. Tried live chat. Had to upload a photo of scratch next to a handwritten note with case number too hard to get scratch to show up clearly plus link kept dropping out . Called again was told of course not under warranty but I still need to send a photo so they can give me the next step. Couldn't answer what the next step might be.
Probably wasting my time.
Obvs not going to get anywhere with Fitbit, any fool proof way of fixing scratch and scuffs myself?
Thanks!

I scratched mine first day of owning it doing and overhead kettlebell lift kinda lame but I should've known better because anything with a screen especially a watch needs a screen protector. I had small scratches which were fine but I got ran knocked off my motorcycle by a car a couple days ago and now half the screen is scratched to **** from the wreck all fitbit did was offer me 35% for another device when I've only had mine for 35 days.
