Seems as if my Inspire 2 is also not working like many others. I have read through threads and did the reboot. It started out as not scrolling. I followed instructions from other threads and plugged it in and held the buttons for 10 seconds. It gives me two smiley faces but never vibrates. I changed the clock screen and I saw the line go across the screen like it was updating but still have a black screen. It makes vibrating noises when I touch it. This is the 4th Fitbit that has crashed. It's very disappointing. It seems every time there is an update it crashes the old Fitbits to try to get you to buy a new one. Very depressing.
