I bought a new Fitbit. How do I remove the data on my “blank screen” inpire2? I can only view its details using my iphone, its battery level and activities. But had to remove today to install inspire3.
Moderator edit: clarified subject.

@123Cmm123 I apologize if I misunderstand what you wrote. Are you trying to clear your user data? To be honest, you don’t need to worry about it. The Inspire 2 is an entry level device. It isn’t a smartwatch that can store a credit card. Just the basics. And if you can’t fix the black screen, neither can anyone else.

Hello @123Cmm123 and @runn3rfbit! It’s nice to see you here!
I'm sorry to hear that you have issues with your Inspire 2 blank screen.
@123Cmm123 if you want to remove your Inspire 2 from the app you can follow this steps:
@runn3rfbit please verify if your Inspire 2 is syncing with your app and try to change the clock face and restart your device to try to make the screen react.
@LZeeW thank you so much for the support.

Hi @123Cmm123! Thank you for your reply.
Once you have unlinked any Fitbit device, it no longer saves any information; all your data is stored solely in your app.
Similarly, you can perform the "Clear user data" process, which will reset your watch to its factory settings:
Please note that this procedure will delete your data on the watch, however your information stored in the app will remain.

Hi @123Cmm123! Thank you for reply.
In that case, you don't need to worry about the information; when you remove it, the information remains in the app and not on the watch, so it's not necessary to reset the factory settings.
