I’ve had my Fitbit inspire 2 for a while now and after reboot it. Going online trying everything people have suggested, it still has a mind of it own. If I don’t put it on Water lock then it will set timers, start walks and etc without me doing anything. It’s like the touch screen thinks my fingers are doing things when I am just walking around doing nothing. Drives me insane, can I send it off to be fixed?

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Thank you for your suggestions but I have done all of these and still acting up. I have even tried cleaning it with a wipe and it still acts up. Any other suggestions?

I am currently having the exact same problem and tried all the same things. I'm leaving it on its charger for now in hope that might do something but so far nothing else has worked.

FYI, the instructions I got were: we can't help you since you got it from Amazon. I have returned it and went with a different brand.
