I'm also having the same issue. I've done virtually everything I can think of to rectify the situation.

Mine is doing the same thing. It lights up when you first connect the charger, and charges fine. But it does not respond to touching the sides and will not light up, display the time or any data.

Thanks for posting about this model's problems. My Charge 3 died (blank black screen typical just about the time the warranty expired) and I was maybe MAYBE thinking of taking FITBIT's offer of a 35% discount for another FITBIT. But reading all the troubles and problems that are happening with other FITBIT models, I am now very leery of even thinking about another FITBIT product. Thanks for helping me make up my mind.

Mine too. It's charged 100% but it doesn't work.
So how do you reboot it?

After I posted that I was having the same problem, my Inspire2 started working and my screen reappeared.

👋😃 Hello everyone
I see several individuals who asked how to reboot (or commonly called restart) your Inspire 2. Here’s how: just press and hold the button on the side of your Inspire 2 and continue to hold it down until you see either the Fitbit Logo or a smiley face. Once that appears release the button. Shortly after doing so you should feel the Inspire 2 vibrate to indicate the Inspire 2 did indeed restart. Restarting your Inspire 2 will NOT cause you to lose data.
😃 I hope this helps answer the question

This has happened to me too. I tried rebooting, changing clock face. Rebooting, and all over again and again. It’s still collecting stats and data, but essentially useless to me if I can’t even use it to tell the time.
