Inspire 2 screen is blank

Screen won't light up. It's fully charged tried all the usual methods

Hi, @Frank79 , have you tried a restart?  That will usually fix this issue.  Instructions are here .  You may need to try this more than once and/or to hold the button longer than the recommended 5 seconds.
