My Inspire 2 screen has gone dim. I have checked Sleep setting, DND, and Dim screen. All are set correctly. I can no longer see the screen which makes it useless.

Thank you for providing the information regarding the inconvenience with the Inspire 2, and for trying to fix it on your own.
Please restart your Inspire 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work, please try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
