App Modification Suggestion:
I use a Concept2 Row Erg. Their ErgData app syncs with their log, which in turn syncs with the Fitbit app. However, the Fitbit app does not create an accurate step count when compared to an equivalent (similar average heart rate and distance). A row results in 75 steps and a walk results in 7,000 steps.
the Rowing Machine exercise algorithm needs to be modified to make the steps from rowing equivalent to a similar walking workout OR the Fitbit rowing machine exercise needs to be editable to allow equivalent steps to be added without impacting exercise time, heart rate date and other factors.
Creating a separate walk to enter steps does not work as it distorts other factors such as calories.
Thanks for listening.

disappointing. I hike and I Erg. My hope is to have Fitbit track both. Tried Strava but, as you say, the recording is just weak. If i can't get Fitbit to work with ERG i will have to chuck it and find a better solution. And that is a shame after spenind $300 for my Sense.
