The first month, it stopped tracking my sleep. Now, the screen is dark, & it won't respond to taps, swiping, and the buttons don't work.

I am having tha same issue. I have tried to reset mine but it did not help. I was going to let it die and see if it resets itself. Before mine blacked out the screen stopped swiping, did that happen to you as well?

Yes, it did. It's only 4 months old!

the best thing you can do now is get in touch with customer service. assuming your watch warranty is still active they’ll send you a replacement after trouble shooting
