Inspire 2 strap keeps falling off

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Only had this fit bit for 3 weeks and already the strap has broke. It kept falling off every time I was trying to fasten it. The straps on both ends would just come loose.

I have had to purchase another strap but it is doing the same thing.

am I doing something wrong?

can someone help please?

thank you

Hi, @NH1978 the Inspire series have pin attachments for wristbands and the different Inspire bands are not completely compatible with each other.  You need to make sure you have a band designed for your Inspire version (Inspire, Inspire HR, Inspire 2, Inspire 3).

When attaching you need to make sure the pin is properly seated at both ends.  It can be a bit fiddly as the pins are quite small. Once you have attached the band, give it a firm tug.  If it comes off either the pins weren’t fully attached or you do not have the right band for your Inspire.

Thanks Julie_G

I have made sure the pins were secure and definitely purchase the correct strap for my Fitbit.

They are sending me a new strap. I hope that works otherwise, I guess it will have to be returned.

Thanks
Nick
